The staff!!! We stopped in about a week prior to our check in day (morning of 9/25) to ask if they would hold our bags for a week while we visited in the French Riviera. Not a problem at all. A young lady and a man who appeared to possibly be a manager (did not get their names) were delightful about it and we really appreciate it. When we arrived on 10/03, we were greeted by Eric who stands out as well for the exceptional customer service he provided! We arrived a bit late and he was getting ready to leave but it did not stop him from scrambling to show us to our room and helped us bring our heavy luggage up. Got us an extra luggage rack, settled us in and then went home! Wow if he’s not a manager he needs to be. Eric was there when we checked out as well and again he provided excellent attention to us with bags and Uber. Just WOW 🇫🇷 thank you for your kindness! We visited France for 17 days and stayed in 3 different hotels and all were very nice but NONE OF THEM provided the customer service we received here. Thanks to your staff we took home a warm feeling in our hearts 💕 From two New Yorkers and former Hilton Hotel Manager.

I am an 81 year old experienced traveller who now uses a motorised Mobility Scooter to get around ..... From my first arrival this hotel and its staff was an extraordinary beautiful experience .... the manager and staff could not have been more generous with their time and consideration which went well beyond my experience at any other hotel ... And I have to say I have stayed at the Paris Ritz and the Oberoi Armavillas, Agra and the Sheraton Mirage resorts in Port Douglas ... the best hotels in the world ... It is run like a loving family home .... in the very best Left bank Latin Quarter Area of Art and Culture .... For example it is one minutes walk or in my case ride to the POLIDOR restaurant where Woody Allen made a scene for Midnight in Paris ... the food was amazing ... then in the mornings the french paris baguettes the black coffee and selection od Pain au chocolat is waiting for you at any time ... the service ... even the architectural design was perfect to utilise and enhance the 16th century , or earlier, wooden beams .... I could go on but just book your rooms and have an amazing Paris experience xxxxxxxxxx 10 stars

The staff was wonderful and made us feel welcome right away. They were even able to get us into the room a bit early which was wonderful considering we had traveled all night. The room was a very nice size and the location was great. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go with ease and the gardens across the street are incredible. Great food nearby (highly recommend Au Petit Suisse!" Convenient to have a small grocery store across the street. The decor was beautiful. The only thing we found challenging was that to take a shower you had to stand in the tub and and hold the shower head which sprayed water all over, since there is no shower curtain. This was a very minor inconvenience and certainly not enough to ruin our stay. But good to be aware of this ahead of time so you can ask for extra towels. The bed was also very amazingly comfortable. We would definitely repeat this trip.

travelled with my daughter for a nice break after a tough 18 months of cancer treatment. As it was a special trip I spent a lot of time researching potential hotels and especially thinking about personal safety. The hotel was lovely, much nicer than the photos. we were given a really beautiful room which was an upgrade from our booking. very comfortable and spacious. the location was amazing, close to Luxembourg RER and Odeon Metro station, a short walk to Boulevard St Germainand the best boulangerie/ patisserie ever, also Pantheon and ‘Emily in Paris’ locations. Moutard and his team were exceptional in looking after us and advising us on safe travel around Paris as well as pointing us to great local restaurants and aforementioned patisserie! everything about the hotel exceeded expectations but it is always the staff that make it and we were so lucky to find this place.

Many thanks to Fontaines Luxembourg for making me live the Paris dream. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Paris. If you like walking, which is a must in Paris, you can walk to many places including the Louvre museum. I first had a heater problem in the room, but they tried very hard to help me with this and allocated a heater to the room. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. I would like to thank everyone, especially Mr. Eric, all the other reception staff, breakfast staff, for their smiling faces and helpfulness. The next time I come to Paris, I know where I will stay.
